For infants under 3, a cot may be provided at a rate of €10 and breakfast is free of charge. For children aged 3 to 14 sharing their parents’ room with the existing bedding, breakfast is offered at the rate of €12.
Rates are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, save where the tourist tax is shown separately when it is added.
The client provides payment details in order to pay in advance at the time of booking or to guarantee it. Online payments are secured. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards may, in particular, be accepted depending on the booking engine configuration.
The hotel may request to see proof of identity and a credit card in order to prevent fraud. If the client has not made an advance payment, the hotel may request a card pre-authorisation or a deposit upon arrival.
The client is solely responsible for the choice of services booked and the information provided at the time of booking. Any irregular, incomplete, fraudulent or unsuccessful booking may be cancelled at the client’s expense.
The client undertakes to use the site and the services offered in compliance with these terms, good morals, public order, applicable regulations and the hotel’s house rules.
The client undertakes in particular not to invite to the hotel any person whose behaviour may cause disturbance, not to smoke in the rooms or in the hotel outside the outdoor areas provided for that purpose, not to disrupt the operation of the hotel, not to compromise the safety of persons or property, or to use the Wi-Fi network for unlawful purposes.
The client shall be liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests within the hotel and shall bear all costs resulting therefrom.
VILLA DU TAUR undertakes, within the framework of a best-endeavours obligation, to provide access to the site and the services, to act with due care and skill and to use its best efforts, within reasonable limits, to remedy any malfunction brought to its attention.
VILLA DU TAUR cannot be held liable for Internet network malfunctions, issues relating to the user’s equipment, or the content and services accessible via external links published on the site.
